1) Auto headlights do not work - Check the fuse behind the glove box. If it's ok, it oculd be the sensor on the dash.
2) Radio spikes (goes from low to high, not drastically) - The radio could just be going bad.
3) HUD is dimmer than it should be - You could try to replace the dimmer switch or you could go ahead and do this http://www.grandprixforums.net/97-03...fix-33998.html
4) DIC does not light up - The bulbs could be out. You could try swapping some new one's in to see if that's the issue. The bulb size is PC74
5) Radio screen does not light up - The bulb is probably out. You could replace it with one of these
