Still hunting that leak, went to a couple shops today to see how much they charge and what method they use. Everyone here is at least 90 bucks to put uv dye and check it with a black light. Since I've already done that I opted not to pay. I hooked it up to an air compressor (I'm aware this isn't advised because of moisture), but my compressor doesn't go above 90psi, which isn't even the pressure the compressor on the car puts out. I vacuumed it down for about an hour then shut off the vacuum pump and waited. In about an hour it went from full vacuum to 5 notches left but still less than zero. I took the high side completely off as I was going to call it a day and it started sucking air in. I've replaced that high side valve twice. Is it supposed to suck air in when it's in a vacuum until the vacuum dissipates? I figured it would just hold the vacuum. Could this be my leak? How the hell would I fix it if I've already tried two new ports?
