I recently got an oil change at Monro and they told me I need from the catalytic converter on back replaced.. There is visible holes in both mufflers and the catalytic converter is leaking.

To save money I would like to order the parts from Advanced Auto and take advantage of their $40 off $110 promotion currently running and then have a local shop install them.

I'm just not sure what I need to buy.. any help?

    Thank you

    Honestly...

I'd buy a bolt-in downpipe from ZZP (you can get a catted 3" downpipe, you'll increase MPG's and performance as well for cheap)...get a $30 glasspack for a replacement resonator...and buy whatever mufflers you want. Dynomax Super Turbo's or Walker Quiet Flows are dirt cheap and quiet as hell.

You can use the stock tips too if you want or get some cheapos off ebay. Again, up to you and your budget. Getting all of those things should keep your catback in check for quite some time. Not to mention sound a bit better since stock mufflers sound awful. So, you'd be out a few hundred bucks...OR, just buy an entire catback from ZZPerformance...and install yourself...but that doesn't come with the downpipe...so it'd be pricey.

you may want to make multiple purchases. mufflers are about 100 each, the cat in a DP is 200 easy, the res you can use a glass pack for 25 bucks, the Y pipe at the back from res to mufflers is around 120. these are all for walker parts.
