I seafoamed my car bout a week or two ago and found that im leaking pretty bad out the rear manifold. Can I just rock the engine foward and unbolt the headers and replace that way or is there more to it than that?

You'll probably have to loosen/remove the crossover as well. But you have the right idea

May want to try and spray some PB Blaster on those manifold bolts before you try removing them. Should lessen the chance of one snapping off.

Thanks fordman. Hoping it wont be too bad since headers have only been on there for about 9k. Should i loosen each one a little at a time to keep them all even?

In that case it should be ok. In your opening post you said "rear manifold" first, then later you said "header" so I wasn't 100% sure you had actual headers or not. As far as unbolting them a little at a time I'd say it shouldn't matter I would think.

You can take them out one at a time. It won't hurt anything.
