Help! In my GPT 2001, my blower motor quit. I've tried the HVAC hi fuse and the HVAC control module fuse. I am hoping it's not the blower itself, but just n case, is there a way to check my blower motor without removing? Would it be a circuit breaker under the hood? I've looked in both places and all I could find are the 2 listed above located near the glove compartment

You check the blower motor resistor? Get a new one, unplug the old one without removing it, plug in the new one and try it. It is under and up behind the glove box. Pull the carpet back some under the glovebox to free up some space and look way up in there. If it works, remove the old one by loosening the 2 screws you can get to, then use a pliers and yank the ****er out, then slide the new one up in there.

Here's a video showing where it is on an 04: (the part will look different on your 01 and you may be able to get to 2 of the 3 screws on the 01 resistor, if you look at the new resistor it should help)

I'd also look into and fix the water issue as well:
