Those duration numbers don't sound right at all. What engine is this for? The lift numbers, are those with or without the rockers?

Without knowing anymore info. I would say that the cam you have is NOT for a L36 engine. .531 lobe lift just sounds way, way, waaaaay off. I'm running a TOTAL lift (that includes a 1.7 rocker ratio) of .538, which is very close to maximum on stock heads. The durations for intake/exhaust are far too big for our engines as well. Unless it's the advertised durations and not the durations at.050 lift.

The reason I say this is one will require minor valvetrain mods., while the other will require a bit more.

I'm gonna assume that the advertised lift for intake/exhaust is including stock rocker ratio of 1.6 - if it IS just lobe lift and not total lift, then you are looking at a total lift of .819 to .849...dunno of anyone ever attempting to run that much lift on a 3800 - The next problem I see is the two different lifts advertised. one screen says .531 lift, but under specification tab it's advertised as .512- I suggest contacting Comp and/or Jegs to straighten this out.

I have that cam, it rocks. My car went 13.33 @ 104 with it, with a 3.4 pulley, headers and a tune, im running it on l76 springs and retainers. Went 12.84, same setup, with the addition of E85 and a 3.1 pulley. Drives like stock, mileage is a little low for me though, around 17 city/25 hwy
