    Recently xp cam'd and top swapped 98 GT..open downpipe with 3.4 pulley, al104s. Alright, when driving easy, when the car shifts it bog's down until you bring the rpms back up a bit..I pretty sure it's boost related and im sure the BBV is working properly also. When in park i can rev it and the bbv opens then closes back up so I'm assuming that it is working properly..It also seems that the car is underpowered also, like it is not building full boost ( boost gage only goes up 3 or 4 bars). any ideas on why it would lose boost when shifting until the rpms come back up?

    Another this is that when your cruising and you just hit the gas a little bit (not even enough for it to down shift) the boost gauge shoots up about 3 bars...is that normal?

    Another question is, is I had the codes checked and there were multiple misfires...and the injectors are ticking a bit so I'm assuming these are related?? any ideas?

    When cammed you are suppose to remove the P0300 code from the PCM.

    I would get that thing tuned or atleast on a scanner to see what its acting this way.

    it was tuned by DH, but it was not a custom street tune or dyno tune...Probably going to have him custom tune it soon
