Your Air Conditioning isn't working, or the fan that blows the air?

If your actual A/C isnt working, could be the condenser?

But if its your fan, the blower settings are vacuum powered i believe, there is a Vac line under the hood for that you can check.

Your blower motor could also be going bad.

Does the fan work on all settings?

Its the fan and you said something about a vac line where is it located? When i turn the knobs to different levels of like from less to more 1 to 5 high to low when i do the first time i start for the car it makes a noise then if i try turning the knobs to hear the voice again it doesnt make any noises so it might be fan what would need to be replaced?

sounds like the fan motor took a dump. its behind the glove box.

the vac line only controls the air direction. floor, vent, defrost type stuff.
