I also vote for MAF or vacuum leaks as first culprits.

    Please give us more info.

Idles bad can be many things. Is it surging, dying, struggling, misfiring?
Give us an idea... is this the 00 in your sig, did you put the headers on, have you tuned it. Are the plugs and wires old etc.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

MAF is new. wires and plugs are newer. Also it doesnt do it all the time. Has no headers and was never tuned. Thinkin im guna to new plugs and wires anyways..check for vacuum leaks. I no for a fact that my lower intake manifold gasket is bad cuz coolant is on top of the head. If air was also leaking from that would that cause an issue?

Does ur oil have any sludge in it? When u say maf plugs and wires new...how new is new. Vacuum leaks is a possible. Maybe clean throttle body

Is it getting KR? Seems like too small of a pulley for that build. Possibly unrelated to your entire issue but still a concern.
