Ok. Point taken. Was just saying.
lol... sorry was frustrated at situation. not you.
I have used hose clamps to try to hold one together. doesnt work great, but is sometimes the best you can do to bandaid it. I have also rebooted and rebanded them. I am a redneck man. I have tried zip ties and duct tape. lol.
But, I have financially gotten to the point in my life that if something is broken on my paid off cars I will go buy a NEW replacement (not that I am rich. I drive paid off cars, and have NO debt, and run my own business) and not just the cheap replacement. I buy the good stuff. such as my wagner thermo quiet brake pads. and my OEM maf sensor and headlights. SO, when something i pay GOOD money for with a lifetime warranty has a flaw... I am frustrated about it first. and second I am making someone make it right (thats my right as a paying customer)... I have probably spent 5k at my local auto parts store just this year. most of them all know me and know what I drive before I even get to the counter.
