It never happened before, but I took a trip down the shore and it happened after a while of driving. I'm (almost) positive its water, it wasn't colored and didn't smell like anything. Anyone know what causes this?

It could also be the drain for the ac I have heard of that backing up into the car as well.

No it was actually a beautiful day outside. It wasn't as much on the floor as it was right below the glove box.

    Don't take my word...

But isn't like a part of the A.c. under there?! Can't those condense water?

If the drain hole for the AC condensation is blocked by debris or something else the water will backup into the cabin. So...locate the drain hole/tube and stick a wire coat hanger in there to "snake" it out. I have done this on many Jeeps when I worked at a dealership. The worst was a mud dobber had made a nest and after I unplugged the drain tube about 3 cups of water spilled out. Just my .02$
