Ok guys thanks so far with the help and advice....she stopped by O-Reilly tonight and they told her...

02 Heater Circuit
Bank 1 Sensor 2

EGR Valve Stuck
open or Circuit
Performance

Thats what they wrote down on a piece of paper for her.

This help at all?....I hope! lol.

Thanks again for the help so far guys. She has a limited budget and just trying to help her out if possible.

I just looked and all the fuses seem to be ok. Any ideas?
