Down to the question, what do i do? Replace the pulley? Isn't there a special removal tool i have to have to get it off?

I know its not my idle pulley as i just replaced that today fixing a much louder squeak as id drive down the road, it was ridiculous...

Umm pulleys almost never make any noise, so replacing the pulley isn’t likely going to solve anything. Or maybe you know something you’re not saying? Like it was damaged at some point in the past, or maybe you have an alignment problem caused by damage or poor prior maintenance.

Most likely the bearings are going out in the alternator or the belt isn’t under proper tension “sqeaking” as it rounds the alternator. FYI replacing the tensioner pulley is not the same thing as replacing the tensioner assembly

when the belts off if the alts not spinning freely its just time for a new alt, the squeak is the internal bearings that the armature spins on.

in the past i was able to spray the front and back bearing through the case holes with wd-40, and it would stop for a while, but ultimately you need a new alternator. it will came back.
