    What should also be mentioned is that when the top o-rings are old they dry rot and get hard. This is probably why they are leaking. The rail cup is conical shaped and removing the injector can be difficult. I turn the rail upside down and spray the cup opening with PB blaster and it makes a world of difference when pulling the injector out.

    Thanks to all who replied, I repaired them and back on the road, no leaks so far, I will be watching this troublesome area. Thanks GM for yet fun filled afternoon , the O ring in question was rolled upon install and pinched. On a lighter note I did clean all the injectors and I can tell an increase in performance.
