Make sure the ICM ground is hooked up.
It could be a faulty Cam or Crank sensor causing this too.

I found what I think is the ground wire for the ICM...was a wire running out of the bundle that goes towards the ICM and it it bolted under the snout down towards the block...it seemed to be intact...also could a brand new crank sensor be bad...I already changed the crank sensor...also will they throw a code if either crank or cam sensor is bad because I have no codes for either
