Ok well I just got back from spring break I kinda threw the intake on at the last minute but all i did was take a FEIN multimaster and follow the seam on the stock airbox to reuse the PCM holder. Then I took the filter with the smallest adapter removed and bolted it directly on the MAF without a problem. Ziptied the whole thing and took a little rubber strip to protect the PCM from if the filter vibrated and rubbed against it. Disconnected the batter for about 15 minutes to clear the fuel trims and then took her on a trip from NE Ohio to Hilton Head. Got 30-32 mpg doing 75-80 the whole way even up and down the mountains. Definitely has more growl to it above 3k RPMs though it makes an odd like ticking or rattle under medium load around 2.5k. Is that normal?
