    You can get the cans that have the little gauge on top the gives you an estimate on what the pressures are.

    I mean since it held some for like 6 mounths dont you think that if i put in a little just to get it cold it would hold till mid may?

    An over charged system will not provide cold air either tho. You need to know how much is in the system before you charge it.
