every time i start up my gxp even with heat, snowflake button is allways illuminated, weird

2005 GXP / Cartuning Turbo Kit / meth / Cutout / Ported LS4 intake Manifold / HP Tuned / Custom 3" Cat-Back / Highflow Cat / SSC Springs / Poly Dogbone Mount's / 2nd Tranny /
