Definitely something you should be able to handle on your own. The door is held in by clips and normally 2 hidden bolts. There should be 2 little circular covers near the door handle that you can pop out with a small flat head screwdriver. Once you have them off you can access the bolts. Once you get the bolts off, you need to pry the panel with the power window/door lock buttons and unhook the electrical connector. Once you do that, just slowly pry the door panel off with your fingers or whatever you have that wont damage the panel and you will hear the plastic clips pop out. Once you have that off, you should have a plastic shield that covers the door and its just held on with glue. You will be able to remove that just by pulling it off (You can just push it back on later the glue should still hold). First thing i did was remove the motor bolts. Mine had 3 bolts holding the motor to the frame that are easy to see and get at. Then i took off the 2 bolts holding the window to the regulator. You will probably have to play with the window a little bit to get it where you need it to see and get at the bolts. Next mine had 4 bolts holding the regulator to the door frame. They are easy to see and get at. Make sure you have someone to hold the window once you remove the bolts or tape it up and then just install new equipment and reverse process. Hardest part for me was getting the 2 hidden bolts back in because they are far back behind the panel and you need to be steady with the tool so that the bolt doesnt fall off.

Let us know how it goes.
