And FYI... If you jack up your car and take a look at your axel you will be able to get an idea if it needs to be replaced. Make sure its inserted completely into the transmission. You can do this by grabbing it and wiggling it back and forth.. you will have a very little bit of play but you will feel that it is in securely. If you see alot of nasty 'goop' resting right under the boot area, thats a good sign it may be time to replace it.
