I'm not familiar with a TDM, what is that?

Its part of GMs Anti theft device, once it fails it disables anything electrical for 15 minutes everytime you try to start your car.

theres this other website "newrockies.com" that tell how to disable GM anti theft device but it only has one picture of a TDM on it. And I'm wondering if my car has a different version.

If you look at your key.. is there a black piece in it with a metal piece in that?

no and I tried my spare keys that used to work also.

What's the car doing or not doing? Have you diaged it back to the theft issue?
