so out of nowhere my car has been having this boost leak, i checked all the vac lines and there all sealed good. Is there something im missing that can be causing this. and the hose to the boost guage has no holes.

Well...is the gauge just reading differently, or is there a physical boost leak??

First check would be to get a vacuum gauge to make sure theres no vac leak, and then check the BBV, to make sure it's operating properly.

    you can hear boost leaking??????

What is the gauge reading? Should be around -19ish at idle and -10 to -14ish while crusing. And should average around 6-7 psi at WOT.

You only produce boost above 0 psi, so your hearing a vac leak if anything.

i get -19ish at idle and -10 to -14ish while crusing. but i only get 5 psi max on throttle. but during that throttle i just hear the air leaking. what does WOT mean. (without throttle?)

If your boost pressure is lower than previously... likely the BCS is not allowing the bleed off that allows the BCA to open fully.
