Not the way I was treated, no. The customer service was awful. The reason I had so many was because they wouldn't refund my money...so they kept sending them after I kept running into the same problem, with the DIC flashing 0.0's instead of doing the right thing and owning up to their own product and just giving my money back...and being the nice guy I am I gave them too many chances to make it right, obviously. Working in customer service everyday I like to believe that the customer IS always right, even though in today's society that mentality has been thrown out the window anymore. WHICH, is why I got the MO. Att. General involved...so I could get my money and my stock PCM back. It was a last ditch effort that worked.Originally Posted by txslow6

BUT...LIKE I HAVE SAID. If there are other PCM's out there for the same price, why not buy the one that has never had any issues, like the DHP? That has been out since before most of us even were old enough to drive. So even if ZZP has had one or two bad track records, which they have had PLENTY more, if you were new to the WBody world and you had both options at the same price, wouldn't you take the latter with less problems? Or maybe that just makes too much sense?
