is it a all the time noise or when turning the steering wheel?

My 2000 does it too, lol.Not during turning but when i go over small high frequency bumps.Tried multiple times to find it...no luck

Its like 90 percent of the time it does it while turning or going straight down the road I looked for something losebut couldn't find anything
