but.. if you loose a little low end with exhaust mods, kr permittied, you could then drop pulley sizes that exhuast mods allow you to do. but i think most mods move the powerband up. thats why i was looking at different cams for some to work more with lowend

Cams are really the only thing that really move the power band up. Rockers don't do it.
