new pad ringing noise???

Hello all, just changed all brakes and rotors on my 2002. I took it for a test drive and hear a hollow ringing, whistling nails on a chalk board kind of sound now. I used wagner thermo quiet ceramics. Is there a break in period for ceramic that this will go away or do I need to change pads again. Thanks for the help!!

Does it go away when they warm up?

not really the noise is pretty consistant hot and cold

took off the tires and relized the backing plate on the wheel hub was grazing the rotor.... User error nothing wrong with the pads. there great!
