I live in AZ where it's hot as h3ll!.. I have a 1998 Grand Prix Gt , my A/C blows cool but when I put it on the max setting all I get is extra noise from the blower and not more air
. What can it be???

Not sure if that year has a cabin air filter but if it does it could be clogged up.

Fan blower could have a bearing going out. Morad Parts Company - 3800 Motors, Transaxles, & Stock Parts
I got my last one for 45 shipped and they are pretty easy to replace if you take the passengers seat out (3 bolts) so that you can lay on the floor.

My year isn't equipped with the cabin filter.

I can hear the blower work harder, just the vents don't show it.
