I would like to start this thread by saying, my door is bothering me. I have compared it to my passenger side door and it is definitely misaligned one way or another. I recently tested to see if it let in dust, it does slightly around the weather proofing. It mostly lets it in in the far corner closest to the hinge.

The misalignment is easily visible. I was wondering if there is any cheap way to fix this problem. The door does make a small squeaking noise when closing, not opening. I tried spraying some lubrication on the hinge all over, that did nothing.

Thank you for any advice on fixing my problem.

My driver door makes all sorts of noise when you open it, but its not saggin, I tried silicone lube and it makes it go away for about a week or so then it starts creaking again. So if you figure out how to fix your let me know.

That has to be annoying. At least your door closes all the way though.

try lifting up on the door, if it moves then you need new pins or the whole hinge.

Not tryin to ride ya bro....was just fuggin with ya. I think this was a major reason they quit making the GP coupes. They couldnt find a way to support the doors.

Yeah, I have closed my seatbelt in the door sometimes, but ever since I uninstalled the seat belt guides I have had no problem with it.

if its making lots of noise, its hitting the fender, which means your door is sagging and you need new hinges.

I checked it out today, my door is not sagging from what i can tell. When i pull slightly on it up and down the entire car moved. Door pin is my guess.

Oh, I was not aware of that. I suppose you do win, only because you know everything and I know nothing though.
