Hello all, i own an 08 grand prix and i had a few questions!!!!
#1. I have a 7' inch touch screen in dash deck but when i went to best buy to have them install it, they told me installing any deck besides the current stock one in this exact car, would cause my car to shut down the entire electrical system. is this true? please tell me it isnt!
#2. i also have 24inch rims that i would like to put on the car but what size tires should i get and how high should i lift it for it to have no rub at all but still not mess up my traction or anything?
Thank you soo much for the help if possible.

I say 18s to keep your trans.
Red GTP coupe, Intake, Poly Dogbones. 8K HID's, Headers, DIY HUD, Aeroforce Scan Gauge,Kenwood Excelon KDC-X794, MSR 045 18" rims, Borla Cat-Back.

I disprove of peoples actions, and want to mega man punch them in the testicals.

theres gonna be alotta strain on tranny still.. 22's would obviously be safer than 24's unless ur gonna get a built tranny id go with 20's. but if u go with 22's id try and find the lightest rims possible.

cuz they have more rotational mass and are alot heavier than stock. so it takes alot more to turn them. our trannies are already pretty weak as it is. and find the lightest u can.. if u throw 100lb wheels on.... ur trans will die eventually.
