It could be a burned out resistor. Typically they allow the car to start then die.

I called oreilys auto parts and a GM dealer and both say there is no resistor for gtps. Where can I get one at?

A 97 GTP has a resistor. It's located behind the washer bottle under the passenger side fender. Nearly impossible to get to. The fix that GM puts in is typically bolted to the center of the firewall near the top.

Or you should be able to run in full speed mode w/o an issue. Might toss the tune off a little, but retune and smile.

Ok I did the relay. Had pressure last night today I let off pressure to see if It would build up. Now I have no fuel or spark.
