so ive looked around n havent found anything on my heater problem.

i have a 98 gt and the heat hardly ever works any more and randomly will turn on every once in a great while. most times for short periods when i first start the car then just quits.

not sure what to do about this so any help would b greatly appreciated.
    thx

So is it you are not getting air from the vents (ie- blower not turning on?), or blower works but no heat???

Seriously though.. is the blower working, is the car not heating up.. there's some basic stuff we need to know to consider being able to help out.

sorry the blower usually doesn't work then will randomly turn on with good heat once in a great while. mostly right after i start the car but sometimes will shut out after a few seconds or last the entire ride. but besides for the few times it works i always have to layer up 4 the winter

Sounds like blower, blower resistor or ignition switch.
