Grounds get bolted to the lowest front trans bolt. Actually a stud. The large ground cable from the battery and a set of black wires with metal loops on them.
STarter.. Christ...I forget..lol Basically it's the rest the wires that are in the same loom as the grounds and they reach the starter.
Rest of the wiring. Take your time and just flop it on the engine. It'll all pretty much lay right in place near it's connection point. Connectors are keyed to keep you from puting them in the wrong place, except the fuel injectors. Those are in order in the loom and should lay right near their injector.
It's not more than you can chew..it's relatively easy. Did your new motor come with a charger? Depending on that, will depend on which vacuum routing you have. Either way..it's relatively easy.
