    the flanges have got to be about 3/8 and the tubing would be about 1/16 thick not sure what gauge that is maybe someone else will chime in with some more accurate numbers for you but this is what i remember from my install
    1998 4dr GTP Bright Red
    180* Stat/FWI/ZZP PCM/SD Headers/MPS 3.4/104's/6000k H.I.D/Tinted tails/Eibach's/GMPP STB/12'' Brake upgrade/18'' Ruff Black/Machined

    Thanks . That'd be about a gauge of 16. And that's the same as a lot of other headers so that sounds right. I just know they're cheap and I'm considering them but I wanted to make sure they are not cheap due to lack of material

    no they are inexpensive not neccesarlly cheap just make sure you get some good band clamps and you will be good to go but be aware that if you are lowered the down pipe is super low on these like I mean I have 1.5-2'' of clearance on the pipe until i do my engine/trans spacers this weekend

    Ya i read a little about that. I'm not lowered as of now but i was considering it later down the road. I'll probably just go with the SD's for now and work it out later if I still want to drop an inch or 2. Thanks for the input bro
