so it has stall while driving?

That issue could be a few things. Your cps sensor can cause that if its going bad.

Maybe you fuel pressure regulator is shot. Pull the vac line off it and see if gas comes out. If it does, then its bad.

    Hopefully others will chime in.

To rule out the Fuel Pump Resistor...do this and that will put your pump in high speed mode. If it runs fine on this, your resistor is bad. replace it. if not, could be the fuel pump or like cam said, sensors.

    hope this helps.

yeah it will do it when the car is running but not all the time, it will just stall out and then when i try to start it i don't here the hum from the fuel pump. Other times the car will be sitting and when i go to start it there is no hum and it wont start. But then some times it will start right up and run fine. when i first started having this problem the car was running in park after i had ben driving it and it started to chug for a second and then the rpms jumped up real high then it went back to normal idle. thats the only time it did that

sounds like it could be the CPS with the way you describe the RPM changes. RPM fluctuation is a pretty good indication.

try the resistor tab bend thing and see if that helps. if not, maybe it is your CPS or fuel pump. any SES lights??

bend it out before you start the car because you're going to have to take it out to bend it and it will not run without the resistor in there.
