well here I am again, 2002 grand prix

HI, I just changed my headlights to Halogen High Beam and HID low Beams. Now my Daytime running lights (DRL) are my HD low beams and I would Like them to be the Halogen HI Beams/ Have you any suggestions? Is there a wire I can change over from Low to hi beam?
    Any info greatly appreciated

    regards
    Russ.

Why would you want your high beams on during the day? You'd be blinding everyone during the day. Just disable them like he said^

Canada it is a law for DRL.
HI beam would only appease the police , they dissipate so quickly in daylight you would only see the yellow glow.

can a fog light count as a drl? If you REALLY need it just turn your headlights on when you get in.....DRLS are gonna kill your HID quick.

Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Canada's analogous regulation is called Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 (CMVSS 108)
CMVSS 108 requires daytime running lamps on all vehicles made since 1 January 1990,

well I need them in BC

LED Daytime running lights (LED DRL) are a low-cost method to reduce crashes. It can improve the noticeability and detectability of vehicle in the central and peripheral fields of view.
