Lower the ps pump. It's not tough to put back. Two 13mm bolts throught the pulley. Leave the bolts in the pump when you lower it. To put it back on, simply ensure the lower bolt is not sticking toward the block and put a socket on the upper bolt..eyeball where it goes and poof, it's on. Swing it in place and the lower bolt goes in.

The idler. Couple of ways to address it. Pull the pulley off, then you can remove the three 10mm bolts and the idler stand or if you look at the stand, you can grind it in the 10-11 o'clock area to allow you room for a socket. The part you'd grind isn't used for anything and simply covers part of the back of the pulley. It's completely optional to the part. If you remove the bolts, remember to use a pipe sealant with ptfe on them when you put them and the 4 long water pump bolts in. They go into the water jacket and could leak if not sealed.
