Can you also make it an option to not drill for the IAT? I have an '05 and can just trim it a little to fit if there is a slight difference in location, but it would suck to have a hole in the pipe that is not used on my model.
2005 GTP - AL 605's gapped at .055", SD headers, WAI with 9" cone air filter, 180 degree t-stat, green coolant, otherwise stock.

That may not be a problem. I'm thinking of what I may end up doing is get a few made to my original specifications to start. If they're successful then I will get a few "bare" intakes together so to speak, and sell them with custom specifications that a customer would want.

As much I would want to, I wouldn't be able to compensate anyone with a free system, especially since there is a lot of you, but I will try to put something together where any of you affected can get a discount of some sort. It would be my way of paying back all that this forum has given to me in knowledge, etc..
    1) The list hasn't been updated in time.

    2) most people did NOT file IC3 complaints which they did NOT get in contact with the Sargent and as a direct result would not have seen any parts.

When the lawman gets involved and you're not inserting your claim then you're not getting anything.

    3) Some payed via CC and received refunds that way.

    4) the OP hasn't been on in some time...

Are you implying that I not give discounts to those that didn't contact or go through with the whole investigation? I mean, either way, you all still suffered somewhat even if you got your refund or parts. I don't see why a small discount would be that bad, but again, I am still determining what I would do in this situation once and if I get the product on the market.

I'd contact the people on the list.

    Tell them about this.

Offer a reduced introductory price and leave it at that.
