it can't be installed 20* off unless someone put another hole in it for the crank key.

It appears that the crank key itself made another slot in the balancer, it was ugly, trust me. The key was slammed deep into the crank. and there was a "new" slot in the balancer, like I said approximately 20degrees or so from the clear original. I am guessing they got it started (wrong) then used the huge crank bolt to reef it on?
