Return it and get one specifically for the car? The price difference in negligible, especially if you go through Spark plug, Spark plug wire, spark plug gap, spark plug cross reference and ignition wires at Sparkplugs.com.

LoL I'm not trying to piss you off but you got the worst possible replacement there is. First off its Bosch, an I'm not ragging on the whole company but several members have had issues with Bosch O2 Sensors to begin with.
Next you bought the universal one where you have to solder the wires. An while some people can solder fine an others can't (uneeded risk of a bad connection), there is an additional issue about the length an resistance on the wires. This is something specific thats spec'd out at the factory the way I read it. An while it might work it wont be as accurate as it could be if you just bought the one made for our cars By AC Delco or Denso.

SparkPlugs.com used to be the best price but I think RockAuto.com has the Denso for the best price now by a little bit ($37.79+ship). Both reputable sites that Ive used before as have many many others with great success. Strange an kinda funny to me the universal version is actually MORE expensive then the correct sensor on SparkPlugs.com

I'm pretty sure you didn't get yours for $7.79 so the price difference cant be $30 an beyond that you just have to trust I'm not trying to steer you in the wrong direction, I'm only taking the time to post to try to prevent some headaches an frustration for you down the road. Not to mention you can research the topic more for yourself if you don't believe me.

Bosch is a horrible O2 sensor. They might make good electronics but for whatever reason their O2 sensors seem to fail. Stick with AC delco, sometimes you just have to spend the extra money.

Nope, they can just get very slow long before they start throwing the engine light.
