Looks like time well spent, it is nice to see ppl doing maintenance before their engine starts to self destruct. I like pic 0201, that could be GMs pin up for Dexcool!I remember the first time I saw Dexcool I thought my water pump had exploded! Anyway, I just thought I’d comment on 0189 also. When I installed my HV3 at 40k the top of my lower manifold didn’t look much better. If you look at the residue most of the sludge seems to come from the PCV and the coherent stuff from the EGR. Notice how the right side of the pic (in real life the far side of the manifold) has more crap on it? That is because the PCV tube discharge drops on that side, Seafoam is a great product but it can’t remove stuff from this area. Keep up the fine work.
