I get the 1/32" silicone sheet it works better. I normally had good luck with 10 ft/lbs on the thicker one. Just tighten one bolt, check for spin freely, move on. Hope that helps.

just tightened to 130 in/lbs on mine and it spins freely thanks alot i was too afraid it would be loose but its solid! thanks alot. spins freely now just got a vac leak.....could be my gaskets/ tb adapter plate tho....ill have to get some carb spray and find it.....
