x3. Flowmasters suck. Magnaflows sound too tinny. Borla's sound about perfect for the 3800 IMO. I would never put flowmasters on my car again, but I bought it with them on. They are kinda annoying going down the highway.

flowmasters only sound good if you put a GIANT glasspack before them to smooth them out.

Mine has the factory resonator on it. I figured the factory resonator would quiet down the exhaust more than any glasspack could.

you're right a glasspack won't quiet it down. a glasspack smooths out the tone. a resonator will keep the car quieter.

did ya order that one online? i had a local shop do mine was quite interesting watching them do it for 2 hours. the possiabliltys in Miami are endless... and the paintjobs over here are epic i saw a guy with a Airburshed "horror movie, strip club thingy that had all the Main characters like Jason, Freddy, chucky, that lepricon guy. and Chuckies bride was one of the strippers, giant freddy slash mark across the ass."

Said car was a Cadilliac (90's) and was also on 28's and had Doors that turned sideways and ****

Sorry that i got alittle off topic lol

yeah i ordered it online, the only reputable exhaust shops around here are experts in rice-audibility wasnt trusting them to make it sound good

ill most likely pull a stocker off a junker soon, polish the tips lips and be done with exhaust for a good time

i have no doubt that your car sounds nothing like a jet and that the blower being ported and you running a 3.4 has nothing to do with the exhaust note. at least try and give something constructive to the thread with EXHAUST related points.
