I watched the vid, I don't see anything wrong with the Oil pressure.
What is it that makes you think something is not right?

I thought oil pressure goes up as you give it throttle?

thats the problem and when you turn it on the glowshift light and oil press goes away
it sits at 45-48 all day long and when i had the dimmer hooked up if i turned on my lights manually it would sit at 59-62

You have good oil pressure. The pressure regulator will try to keep the oil pressure the same all the time, you have nothing to worry about.
It may go up and down a little with engine rpm, and engine temp, and oil viscosity.
