    It's a sign.

just an oddity... I can certainly buy those plugs killing a transmission, but popping a piston...no way

I wonder what would have happened just switching to another set of champion plugs (I didn't see where it said the ones in the car were new)

Good point. The idea behind Pulstar plugs is sound. In other words, plasma ignition is not really anything new. What troubles me with the Pulstar plugs is the voltage claims they make. I just dont see how those numbers are possible. In a modern electrical ignition system, the math doesnt work.

I can tell you all for sure...don't ever buy Bosch Platium Plugs. I put them in my wife Bonniville and it would not run right. I finally took them out and put some AC's in it and it was fine. Then I had a 98 Stratus that would not idle right when I bought it and I checked..sure enough...Bosch Platiums so I switched them out with Autolights and that fixed it.

Im pretty convinced that its not so much BOSH as it is the configuration of the plug. Its a surface discharge plug. It should work better with lower voltage ignition systems, but making it a platinum plug changes that slightly. It doesnt take as much voltage for a surface gap plug, but I believe when it does spark its not as strong as a conventional plug.

I agree, I run the bosh in my bravada with no problems, but in the gp so far has been autolite (may try some ngk next, but will never run another ac plug or champion have had too many problems from both)

You all have problems with AC's? I haven't but have to say...I don't think I have had a problem with NGK's. I don't even know what's in the GP. I need to look at them. To many other problems right now with it. It runs good so I figure I'll check them when have a little time.
