yeah but I dont see how on earth I could install the rear one with just basic tools.
pm me ,i just installed zzperformance headers on mine.i will give you my phone #i can walk you thru it .its not to bad no special tools required.
Just installed my SSAC headers and it was'nt too bad. Definitely take all exhaust off, remove dogbones, ratchet strap motor way forward and I had to remove rear valve cover to get rear header in. That was the hardest part, getting the rear in. Must install from the top and drop it down. Front header is cake, I did have to remove the heat shield from my drivers side cooling fan. I feel I could do this the next time in about 4 - 5 hours but I'm sure some of the guys here with more experience could do it faster. The only other problem I really had was the front O2 sensor placement, I had to do a little floor massaging to clear it. Well worth the effort.![]()
Don't remove the valve cover though...as long as you don't put the fron header on first...all you have to do is take the transmission dipstick out.
remove old manifolds, put headers in there place......................
its really not all that difficult. the only hard things are getting some of the old bolts out and getting to where you can tighten them back up. some places are kinda cramped and a few bolts are kinda tricky to get back on.
but yea, its pretty strait forward.
Ok thanks guys for the help, im gonna be buying some SSAC's knockoffs hopefully soon.
