    Snip off the connectors on the blue and black wires going to thru the rubber plug. Pull those wires thru the plug. Now, on the harness (9007 plug) that came with the projector, you have a red and black wire setup, that goes to your 9005 high beam bulb...

    Now you have 2 other wires coming from that 9007 plug a blue and black wire, with female spade connectors. You have the other set of wires (blue/black) that you just removed from the rubber plug, connect the blue to the blue and black to black... (I'd just remove the female spade connectors and just tie them together or the time being and covered with electrical tape)

    The connector at the then end of the blue/black wire gets plugged into ballast...

    that was incredibly confusing to me. Thats why i think i may need pictures if i want to get them in.
