Looks like hg or head right?

Of course, that was paying a shop to do it of course. You could do a coolant system leakdown test to try and cancel out a bad piston and/or verify its just the hg.

    2 of 2- (Same)
code P0303, and undernieth code it says Cyldinder #3 Misfire,

Why did it say the same code twice? Is it because of two different problems that caused the P0303 Code
    Thanks

I wonder If I can sue the b***h for 2000 half of what I bought the 97 grand prix for.
She must of known there was a misfire due to a bad head gasket or something, cause when I got the scanner that was the first time ses light came on, since I bought the car for 4000.

unless you can prove that there had been previous codes stored in that car with that same cyl 3 misfire, and that they knew and cleared it intentionally, and that they knew there was internal damage and 100% mislead you to thinking there was nothing wrong with this car and the previous owner is a master mechanic and has been through the engine and its perfect with no issues at all or any trouble codes of any kind....your wasting your time. Basically it would come down to a battle of if they knew before, and if the car ran fine with no knocks or intentional coverups (ie 15w40 oil in it) then it will go no where fast. Thats a very fine subject that normally favors the seller no matter what. Your best bet is to pick up a used L36 for 400 to 600 and chock up your pride, and mod in the process. My sis is a Paralegal and i've been through this same thing in the past man...and i'm sorry
F clean cars, I Ride Dirty!.....to hide the wicked body damage...

91 Cherokee- 4 in. Lift, 31 Kumho M/T, tons of fun
03 Chevy S10- full bag setup on order, will drag frame in under a month

it sucks but you have to prove so much its just not worth it. Check out http://www.car-part.com, it searches junkyards all over the country or local in your area and compares pricing, its freakin awesome! Also i know the member Kfish just became a vendor and gets ahold of a lot of used parts with good pricing, so send him a pm and he can probably help you track a deal down.
