Well hell must have froze over, I got it off. but I am ashamed at something I thought I would never do..
I wish I had known about the cardone I went to oreilly and bought 2 new ones hrm...
anyway long story short I actually put jb weld on my tranny case where that tiny seeping was coming from, well I should say I drained the trans cleaned it up scuffed it up then put it on there. If it still leaks I guess I will drop the transmission and try to get a new cover plate for that end. I feel like an idiot, thats why you should never work on a car right after a surgery. friday I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled then the halfshaft went on my way home.
You are right though that factory halfshaft popped right off, thats the only reason I kept prying on it, didn't think it was cause it was a cardone axle that it wasn't going to come off just as well.
