Well got her back together with no vac leaks and am getting a noise from the motor. Not sure what.

    Here is a video/sound clip.
It is a faint noise that can be heard a few times. I'd guess missfire but... I have new plugs, coils and wires... only 1 week old. All correctly gapped... Also getting a flashing SES that flashes then stays on. This happens during acceleration.

Also the tensioner is shaking... though I was told this was because the cam and there shouldn't be any alarm.

    A am getting these codes...

    P0300 Random Misfire
P1260 Fuel Problem.... I am thinking this is thr problem and have tried researching the code but, all I get is crap on Fords and a security system.

sounds like it is missing. have you tried moving around your injectors to see if it changes cylinders as far as the miss goes? a fuel pump would be lean on the top end going WOT. a fuel filter would always cause a lean condition. the only thing left is the injectors or a FPR.

I thought the XP set the P0300 because of the rough idle?

I had everything tested... from the plugs to the coils and from the FRP to the injectors.

And I'd also like to add that the shop testing it won't touch it now I told them it was an aftermarket PCM...

I am throwing so many codes now it isn't funny. I am starting to think it might be the "Pretuned" Top-Swap PCM from morad is a POS!!!
