Just the price of the phenolic intercooler itself.

parker, what would a complete full size intercooler kit cost. fmhe, pump, core.
    FMHE 150.00
    Intercooler 450.00
Bosch Cobra pump with harness 119.00

The intercooler it's self is 200 bucks cheaper than ZZP's aluminum version!

yes, the ZZP modded 1.9s are on my car. they work great on stock valve springs.
The hell they do... I have a broken stock spring in my garage from running my Intense 1.9 rockers. I was only shifting at 6k too, never any higher. I ran the rockers 60,000 miles before the spring broke. The WASN'T a fluke deal either, there are several on ClubGP who have had this happen too with much lower miles on there rocker setup.

Don't halfass it, if your gonna buy rockers do the springs/retainers too... unless you want to drop a valve. While you're in there you might as well replace the seals too...

BTW, I'd get the FULL intercooler if I were you. It'll be more bang for the buck than rockers or anything else. If you do it I highly recommend a reservior setup, its the only way to go IMO.

Alky is also pretty good too, i'd recommend a wideband, a good scanner, and a tuner (or someone who can tune it) for full benefits...

The Stage 1 should be a FSIC. Not a SSIC. I don't need something like a Stage 2 since the smallest pulley I'll be running is a 3.4.

The designs that are out are very similar to ZZP's.

stage 1 is the same is a SS. Stage 2 is the same as a stege 2 from ZZP.

Right on. That's weird about the springs. I've never heard that either. Anybody else have this problem? And honestly 60 thousand miles is good for me cuz I won't have the car for that long anyway. I go through cars like water. Still think ill b gettin rockers. Is it worth it to get the ss ic? Its cheaper I know that but is it easier to install aldo?

Gotcha. Guess the Stage 2 is what I'll be needing. Still got a few months to go.
